Support to the Twilight: 2000 4th Edition roleplaying game (RPG) continues to be strong. Here are several FREE items I found on DriveThruRPG to help inspire and support your T2K adventures.
Intelligence Summaries (INTSUMs)
“INTSUM 001: Criminal Actors in Poland is a free, player-facing intelligence handout that can…be dropped into any Twilight: 2000 campaign involving Poland, organized crime, military intelligence, or post-collapse security operations” (ad copy).
“INTSUM 002: Criminal Actors in Sweden is a free, player-facing intelligence handout…for Twilight: 2000 4th Edition…[that] introduces players to the criminal and law-enforcement landscape of post-collapse Sweden. It identifies major underworld factions, fragmented police and security actors, smuggling routes, biker networks, and priority intelligence requirements for units operating in Swedish territory” (ad copy).

Both INTSUMs are useful for general setting background for the players and plot hooks for the Game Master (GM).
Both INTSUM products are designed to work with Halton’s Black Markets and Underworld Power (Free League Workshop, 2026; 115 pages, $7.95) which, “expands Twilight: 2000 4th Edition with a complete referee-facing toolkit for criminal enterprise play in post-collapse Europe” (ad copy). I do not own that supplement…yet.
Threat Assessments
Threat Assessment is a free supplement for the roleplaying game (RPG) First Bulletin by Rick Liebling of Aspidistra House. The game is not yet published as it is coming to Kickstarter “soon.”
First Bulletin is a tabletop roleplaying game about Western influence operations in Cold War Europe. You are not a commando team. You are the people who keep a city leaning the right way: handlers, case officers, editors, couriers, fixers, and specialists attached to a covert broadcast and information apparatus.
Your work happens in the seams of ordinary life — cafés, train stations, city offices, border posts, newsrooms, union halls, churches, and the back corridors where the lights are always on and nobody asks questions unless they already know the answer.
You are a Western operative in a contested European city, trying to foil Communist plans or advance Western plans without being exposed. You’ll do this with words, paper, access, and leverage far more often than with violence. But don’t mistake “often” for “always.”
First Bulletin is tense, plausible, and bureaucratic — the way a loaded pistol can be “bureaucratic” when it’s sitting in a drawer behind a form marked ROUTINE. Power is hidden inside procedures. Violence is hidden inside power.
Threat Assessment is a 29-page supplement for First Bulletin is a player-facing, in-world intelligence document, that is a resource, “for running nineteen of the most dangerous individuals in Cold War Europe” (ad copy). Though dated for the Cold War, with minor adjustments it can easily be incoprorated into your Twilight: 2000 campaign…if you dare.
