Jim Webster’s various works… the entire “Hell by” series has been great for setting up conflicts for my science fiction campaigns. Curious, if you’ve ever read them or looked at the series.
it’s not exactly a tight set of rules more like a broad sandbox to plan and play in… very Travelleresque… Great brain Food.
Have not used Webster’s work but now that you mention it…that’s an idea! Hmm…now for some reading to identify a good starting point (another rabbit 🐇 hole opens).
