RPGaDay2023 – August 30 “Obscure RPG you’ve played”

Obscure RPG Played – Does anybody remember The Babylon Project (Chameleon Eclectic Entertainment, 1997)? I was all-in for a while with the popularity of the Babylon 5 TV series, but more importantly to the Grognard side of me the RPG used a variation of the Full Thrust rules for starship combat.

Ah… Chameleon Eclectic, better-known (LOL as I typed that) for the Millennium’s End RPG. (Products list: http://www.waynesbooks.com/MillenniumsEnd.html) The setting had a really cool vibe, something like a cross between Miami Vice and Jack Ryan. Plus an interesting rules system with mylar templates for hit locations. Charles Ryan helmed the system – you’ll see his name a lot across game systems of the time for his weapons and modern warfare RPG accessory books.
