Bulldogs Away! is a miniatures game of fast attack craft action from the 1950’s to the modern day. The game is in some ways a simplified version of the Harpoon series from Clash of Arms. Indeed, the designer, David Manley, is a major contributor to the Admiralty Trilogy series.
What I like is that I can play the small battles at a higher fidelity of action than Harpoon allows. The rules are simple enough yet still retain sufficient depth that I still feel the actions are plausible/realistic. Now to get some Northern Limit Line battles going….
