The RockyMountainNavy Boys did a great job of watching my Amazon Wishlist this year. I went ahead and ordered the boxed set of components for Overflight! from Blue Panther Games in order to “play” that game right.
Speaking of the right write stuff, I am not an organic chemist but I do like books of hexes for doodling out game ideas. I also like mixing in a bit of hard sci-fi into my summer reading.
The last book, I am told, was an autobuy on title alone. Interestingly, RMN Jr. just took a major stats course for their engineering major. They admitted to reading a bit of the book and lamented that the simple, easily understandable language could have helped in that grueling semester.

Two books that helped me were “Why things don’t fall down” and “Why you don’t fall through the floor”, Both by J. E. Gordon. They are still in print today.
