South Korea Commissions New Warship
Dec. 17, SEOUL, South Korea — The Yoon Young Ha, a 440-ton PKG (Patrol Killer, Guided-Missile) class ship commissioned on Dec. 17, is the first of the South Korean Navy’s next-generation high-speed patrol boats. I got a good laugh out of the Yonhap comment that the combat system is similar to Aegis…those silly reporters will believe ANYTHING!
